Why the New Moon?

Each New Moon is an opportunty for a reset. To set new intentions. To release old habits, patterns or ways of being that aren't needed any more.

Each New Moon is different. It's influenced by a particular zodiac sign, which brings its own influences. It also combines with other energetic influences from across the Universe. Other planets that are in specific places that also influence what energies are available to use.

For example, if Mercury is retrograde, there can be an impact on travel, technology or communication. This isn't specifically negative - but awareness of this means you can adapt and flex your expectations and responses accordingly.

This is about understanding what the energies are, so that you can use them to your advantage rather than feeling stuck and not sure why.

The New Moon Expansion session is scheduled for a few days before the actual New Moon itself, so you have time to reflect on how you can use this particular Moon's energies for your own growth and expansion.

What happens during the session?

The New Moon Expansion Session has two main purposes.

Firstly - to give you an update on the upcoming New Moon - and anything else significant going on at a cosmic level that might be impacting you.

Secondly - to hold space for a Q&A / discussion on being a spiritually-minded business owner and all the various things that go with it.

Sonia will talk you through an overview of the energies that are available to you as part of this upcoming New Moon.

She'll also explain other key energetic influences that might impact you over the next few weeks - and, more importantly, how you can use them to grow and expand your business.

The session will be interractive and you will be able to ask questions throughout.

There will also be an opportunity for you to bring specific questions relating to your current business challenges and how you can use these energies to maximise your impact.

You will leave with insights that you can take away to implement through the following few weeks.

Is it recorded?

Yes the New Moon Expansion Session will be recorded - and a replay made available to those who sign up for a limited period afterwards.

Do I need to have my camera on?

Not if you don't want to! The session is recorded so if you prefer not to be seen by others you are very welcome to keep your camera off.

There is no obligation for you to interract if you don't want to. You can just sit and listen if you prefer.

Is the session Accessible?

If you have specific accessibility needs, please just ask. Sonia will do everything she can to make sure you can participate as fully as you wish. Not all accessibility needs are covered automatically (e.g. closed captions) - but they are all available if Sonia is aware you need them.

Please be assured of Sonia's absolute discretion when it comes to these requests. No-one other than Sonia and you will be aware that you have requested them.

Do I need to be deeply spiritual to attend?

Absolutely not! This session is designed for any spiritually curious business owner who wants to learn more.

The point of this session is to help you understand more about some of the energies that are available to you - it is entirely up to you how or whether you choose to implement this understanding.

The only real criteria is that you come with a degree of curiosity and an open mind.

Will there be a replay?

Yes, the session will be recorded and you can watch it again afterwards. It will be sent to you via email a few hours after the live session.
